Access the Support Assistant from PlainSail

The Support Assistant is built into the PlainSail app. It has full context of the platform’s documentation and can help with navigation, troubleshooting, configuration questions, and best practices.

How to open the Support Assistant

The assistant is available from any screen in the PlainSail app. Follow these steps to open it:

Open PlainSail

Log in to the PlainSail app on your desktop.

Open the help bar

Look for the help bar in the bottom-left corner of the screen, or press F1.

Click “Start Chat”

Click the Start Chat button to begin a conversation with the support assistant.

The support assistant provides help content only. Do not enter client data or sensitive information.
